Dress Code & Etiquette

Please find below our Course and Clubhouse Dress Code. Please ensure that all members of your Society adhere to these rules, otherwise they may be asked to leave the course and/or Clubhouse. Thank you.

Course Dress Code:

  • No collarless and sleeveless T-Shirts
  • No denim shirts or trousers
  • No footwear other than golf shoes
  • No track suits, tops or bottoms
  • No football or rugby shorts and shirts
  • All shirts must be tucked in
  • Socks must be worn with footwear

Playing Ability:

  • Whilst a handicap certificate is not demanded to gain access to the course, we do require a satisfactory level of competence when playing. Anyone not achieving this level may be asked to leave the course.

Course Etiquette:

  • Repair all pitch marks
  • Replace divots
  • Keep up with the game in front. If you lose ground, invite thegame behind to play through
  • Always be aware of other players

Clubhouse Dress Code:

  • Smart Casual Wear
  • No wearing of hats in the clubhouse
  • No bare feet
  • No shorts that are not tailored
  • No track suits, tops or bottoms
  • No football shirts
  • No golf shoes
  • No vest tops

Mobile Phones:

  • Do not use mobile phones on the course
  • All mobile phones must be witched to silent in the clubhouse and all calls must be conducted outside the clubhouse
